Toshie Uematsu, a joshi wrestler with great techniques, is coming to CHIKARA this weekend! She is very famous for her great techniques and tactics on wrestling and considered to be one of the best ‘intelligent wrestler’.
She debuted in 1995 at GAEA’s first show, trained by former Crush Girls Chigusa Nagayo. In 1997, some GAEA wrestlers toured for WCW and Uematsu entered tournament for their women’s cruiserweight title, and became the first champion. After GAEA closed, she became freelancer and wrestles more than 100 matches a year.
